Just like a Fourth of July firework show, the commitment onslaught will have a grand finale.

The top offensive target on Penn State’s board, running back Nick Singleton, will announce his college choice on Tuesday.

He visited Penn State, Wisconsin, Alabama, Texas A&M and Notre Dame, but the main battle seems to be between the Irish and Nittany Lions.

Ranked as the No. 3 running back in the nation by 247 Sports, the Reading, Pa resident has collected 34 offers during his recruitment.

Penn State is two for two with offensive targets against Notre Dame in this cycle, with the Nittany Lions landing huge victories in the recruitments of Kaden Saunders and Drew Allar.

Penn State will go for the sweep on Tuesday, but you can never underestimate a traditional power like Notre Dame.
