1) Tennessee Titans

The Titans landed one of the prizes of the NFL offseason, trading a second-round and fourth-round pick to the Atlanta Falcons for All-Pro wide receiver Julio Jones, who as several NFL scouts tell FanSided remains the NFL’s premier player at the position.

However, Tennessee also lost tight end Jonnu Smith in free agency to the New England Patriots back in March.

While the Titans now field two of the most dominant perimeter receivers in the NFL; Jones and A.J. Brown, continuing to build out high upside skill players in quarterback Ryan Tannehill’s arsenal should remain a priority.

Tight end is a position the Titans have invested very little in the past several offseasons, and James could even arrive in Tennessee as a top option at a position group that features only Anthony Firkser, Geoff Swaim, and Jared Pinkney.

At minimum, James could have the opportunity to to fight for a roster spot if he’s signed before training camp.
