Penn State Football saw six players drafted in the 2021 draft, including a run of three straight picks in the seventh round last weekend.

The one undrafted player was signed immediately as an undrafted free agent, giving the Nittany Lions seven players trying to make an NFL Roster for the 2021-2022 season.

What are the odds all 7 make a roster?  Let’s peer into the Victory Bell Rings Crystal Ball…

Micah Parsons — 1st Round Pick (12th overall), Dallas Cowboys

Parsons is making the Cowboys roster.

The Dallas defense gave up 29.56 points per game and a ridiculous 158.81 yards per game rushing.  There’s a reason Dallas drafted Micah Parsons 12th overall (and a DL 75th overall, and a EDGE rusher 84th overall, and another linebacker 115th overall, you get hte picture).

Dallas just announced Monday they are NOT picking up the fifth-year option of LB Leighton Vander Esch, despite being named second team All-Pro in 2018.  Parsons may be entering a crowded linebacking corp (with Vander Esch, Jaylon Smith, Joe Thomas, etc.) but this one is prety.

VBR Crystal Ball — 100% chance of making the opening day roster (and very likely starting)
