3. Keenan Nelson Jr.

The third defensive back on the list, Nelson is the highest rated defensive back left on Penn State’s board.

According to 247 Sports, Nelson will be on campus from June 11-13.

Nelson plays for St. Joe’s Prep in Philadelphia, a place that Penn State has not had much success at lately. What is good though, is that the last St. Joe’s player to come to Penn State was also a cornerback, John Reid.

That connection, along with Penn State’s increased efforts in the Philadelphia area, have put them in strong position for Nelson.

Unlike Humphrey and Driver, this visit will be less about getting familiar and more about sealing the deal.
