Windy City will play host to a an old school battle

3. Wisconsin at Notre Dame – September 25th

This game is the what should have been the second-leg of a home and home battle that is being played at NFL stadiums. Next season, these teams will meet at Soldier Field in Chicago, while last season it was meant for a game at Lambeau Field.

Next fall’s matchup would be much better off played at Notre Dame stadium however it will be a good battle of defensive-minded teams. The Irish saw quarterback Ian Book head for the NFL, and could start transfer Jack Coan who was the starter for the Badgers until he lost his job to an injury last preseason.

Notre Dame went undefeated in the regular season last year and made it to the college football playoffs and this will be a good chance to prove to the college football world they will once again be a national threat.

This is Wisconsin’s second big game in September as they will host Penn State Football week 1 in Madison.
