5. Shaka Toney (Defensive end)

Toney leaves Penn State as one of the most consistent pass rushers Franklin has had.

In 40 games from 2017 to 2020, Toney recorded 111 tackles, with 28.5 being for loss and 20 sacks.

Early in his career, he was only a pass rush specialist, coming in on obvious passing downs and the end of games. Toney was able to work hard and add weight that made him a productive starter in 2019 and 2020.

Toney is now preparing for the NFL draft at the end of the month.
