8. Robert Windsor (Defensive tackle)

Not only was Robert Windsor one of the most productive defensive tackles the Nittany Lions have recently had, he was also a key team leader.

In 50 games from 2016 to 2019, Windsor tallied 120 tackles with 19 for loss and 13 sacks.

Windsor was the one constant main-stay on Penn State’s defensive line during the incredibly successful 2016-19 run, being the only one to play meaningful time during all four seasons.

He is now a member of the Indianapolis Colts.
