MVP of NCAA Championships

The MVP of the 2021 NCAA Championships goes to – the entire Penn State Wrestling team.

And by “entire Penn State Wrestling team” I’m talking about Cael Sanderson, the entire coaching staff, all of the wrestlers on the team, and the medical and training staff.

For them to pull off the success Penn State fans had the privilege to witness Saturday night, it was due to all of them. During an unprecedented year, with unprecedented circumstances, giant hurdles to navigate at every turn, and an inexperienced lineup to mold, the entire Penn State Wrestling family worked together and believed in themselves that they could still succeed.

And Penn State fans saw this all culminate Saturday night.

How cares if Penn State didn’t win the 2021 team title?

In the end, the 2021 season was a huge success for the Penn State Wrestling team and they are the true victors!
