Former assistant coach under Pat Chambers, Adam Fisher is the first hire for new Penn State Basketball head coach Micah Shrewsberry.

Fisher, a Penn State graduate (Kinesiology, 2006) served as a PSU head student and graduate manager.  He worked for Jay Wright (Villanova) in 2007 and 2008, even assisting Wright in the 2007 Pan American games.  Fisher then worked for Pat Chambers in Boston and followed Pat to Penn State in 2011 (are we allowed to have any remants of #theclimb era?).

Adam Fisher has helped Miami recruit Pennsylvania very well, most notably with NBA first round pick Lonnie Walker (Reading, PA).  He served as the Hurricanes (stop me if you’ve heard this before) “Offensive Coordinator” in 2020-2021.
