2. Wisconsin Badgers 

Wisconsin is a shoe in seemingly every year to be top five on this type of list, and 2021 figures to be no different.

The Badgers allowed 17.4 points per game last year, good for third in the conference. They allowed opponents to score over 20 points only twice in seven games, and never allowed more than 30 in a single game.

Wisconsin struggled to get after the quarterback last season recording only 11 sacks which is unusual but in typical fashion of a Brian Leohnard led defense finished fourth with eight interceptions.
