It was a tale of two completely different outcomes for Berge in the 2021 B1G Championships. And yes, I do understand a “win” is different than a “loss” but in Berge’s case the losses were razor thin.

His wins? All blowout major decisions.

It was either a nail-biting edge of your seat loss or a “time to go to the kitchen and get some chips because Berge is owning this dude” win.

Although, I’m a little concerned with his forfeit against Purdue’s Kendall Coleman. Myself and Penn State Wrestling fans are hoping it’s just a minor ailment, and hopefully not a head injury setback or anything else major.

The only thing in the way of Berge taking a step forward and being a top tier wrestler at 157 is his past injuries and Berge himself. If he can get himself right, anything is possible.
