14. Zach Spence, Maryland

Spencer Lee is going to be in a similar boat to Brooks, as he will undoubtedly have his work cut out for him if he wants to take home the NCAA crown at 125.

Let’s take a quick gander at how Lee has fared against some of the guys on this list:
No. 2 Liam Cronin – Spencer pinned him 1:21 into the match
No. 4 Patrick McKee – Spencer pinned him 1:53 into the match
No. 10 Justin Cardani – Spencer pinned him 2:27 into the match

I’m sensing a theme here.

And for good reason.

Spencer Lee is a two-time NCAA Champion and is the reigning B1G Champion. It’s crazy to think the two years he wasn’t the B1G Champion (2018-2019), he then went on to claim the NCAA title.

He also wrestled against a fourth opponent this year and I’ll give you zero guesses as to what happened. Zero guesses is also how many you need to predict who’s going to win the B1G 125 title.

Spencer Lee is on a mission this season and no one from the B1G is going to stop him.
