Victory Bell silenced …

At the 13-minute mark in the second half, Penn State didn’t have a single player with more than 6 points (Lundy, Harrar, Jones, Brockington — 6, Sessoms and Buttrick — 4 and Wheeler — 3).  Myreon Jones missed a few wide open three’s in the second half that could have stemmed the tide.  When Wisconsin took their largest lead (to that point) at 15,

Myreon Jones simply missed two free throws.  Where was the great adjustment from our “former Offensive Coordinator” and now Head Coach Jim Ferry?

Dread (zero points on just two shots), still wearing the brace on his shoulder was absolutely invisible on offense.

Sessoms (6 points on seven shots) had a few nice drives at the end of the first half but too many turnovers again hurt his play.

And once Brockington (8 points on nine shots) got his second foul in the first half, his aggressiveness was taken away.

Where would the points come from?  Myreon (14 points on 15 shots) was ice cold…Lundy (6 points on seven shots) hit two three sbut nothing else.

So, with a nod to John Harrar (10 points on 3-3 from the field and 4-4 from the stripe), the only player who played with any efficiency on the offensive end, it’s safe to say no one rang the Victory Bell tonight.
