Penn State Basketball took down No.14 Wisconsin for the Nittany Lions‘ second ranked win of the year and likely to return to Joe Lunardi’s Bracketology (in the First or Next Four Out) Sunday, following Saturday afternoon’s 81 – 71 victory.

Penn State Basketball held a consistent lead in the second half, playing incredibly clean by committing only TEN fouls and only SIX turnovers.  As always, Penn State Basketball forced 12 Wisconsin turnovers and made enough from the strip to hold off Wisconsin late.

Play of the game was an insane Izaiah Brockington dunk over the starting Wisconsin center that should be on Sportscenter tomorrow.

Wisconsin was able to hit a three-pointer to cut it to six with 28.1 seconds left, which was has close as the Badgers were in the final ten minutes.  Myles Dread calmly stroked both free throws.  As a team, Penn State was an impressive 19-24 (79%) from the stripe.
