Coming off back to back wins in the B1G, Penn State Basketball will now play at Ohio State No.15 Ohio State at 7:00 pm.

Penn State Basketball was scheduled to play Michigan on Wednesday night, but the Wolverine Athletic Department announced a 14-day COVID-19 pause for all athletic teams, which includes practices and meetings.

Rather than having a week off before hosting Wisconsin, the Big Ten Conference moved the schedule around (again) and Penn State will head to #15 Ohio State.

Penn State Basketball enters Wednesday night’s contest riding a two-game conference winning streak, after victories over Rutgers and Northwestern. Wednesday night will represent another chance to strengthen the Nittany Lions’ tournament resume.

The Buckeyes are 12-4 (6-4 in the B1G) and coming off perhaps their biggest win, taking down the #10 Badgers at the Kohl Center.  They could be a top 10 team by the time the next poll comes out Tuesday.  Ohio State is 7-1 at home and even without fans, Value City Arena is a formidable location  for road teams.  More about the Buckeyes:

Balanced Scoring:

Duane Washington Jr 15.3 ppg, E.J. Liddell 14.5 ppg and Justice Sueing at 10.4 ppg

KenPom:

No. 13 (Penn State is 46)

NET Ranking:

No. 17 (Penn is 40)

Likely spread:

I’m leaning towards Ohio State as 6.5 point favorites when the lines come out Tuesday
