Rodney McGraw may be the signee that benefits the most from his early enrollment.

Penn State’s defensive end depth is suspect behind projected starters Adisa Isaac and Arnold Ekibetie. There’s a lot of guys with not a lot of experience behind those two and really no one is locked into the second string at this time.

Getting his weight set and learning a thing or two from defensive line coach John Scott Jr. will be the main goals for McGraw this Spring.

If all goes well, McGraw could find himself in the defensive end rotation come September, considering every back up spot is up for grabs.
