Former Penn State Football wide receiver Allen Robinson continues to be among the NFL’s most consistent and dominant wide receivers for the Chicago Bears, and that continued Sunday

Allen Robinson might be the most consistent wide receiver in the NFL, and the former Penn State standout reached another milestone for the Chicago Bears on Sunday afternoon.

Finishing Sunday’s game catching nine passes, tying a season-high with 123 yards and a touchdown, Robinson reached an impressive milestone by finishing his 17th consecutive game without a drop, catching 100 passes over that span.

Sunday was also a banner day for Chicago Bears quarterback Mitchell Trubisky, who tossed three first half touchdowns, including finding Robinson in tight coverage in the end zone to lift the Bears to a 36-7 victory over the Houston Texans.

Beyond catching his sixth touchdown pass of the season, Robinson reached 1,027 yards, his second consecutive 1,000-plus yard campaign.

"“It means a lot,” Robinson said, via Sports Illustrated. “That’s the first time I’ve done that in my career. That was something that I wanted to accomplish because that’s something I had never done before, so being able to accomplish that definitely feels good but at the end of the day we got more work left ahead of us.”"

Robinson now has 441 career receptions for 5,776 yards and 39 touchdowns.
