Hot … and cold

Penn State finished with 13 threes (on 34 attempts) against the Pirates.

Against the tall front line of Seton Hall, this was always going to be the way the Nittany Lions would try to win the game.  And it worked, kind of?

Hot shooting from beyond allowed the Lions to build up a 19 point first half lead.

Penn State finished shooting 45.7% from the field.  Unfortunately,, when it matters most, Penn State missed some rushed shots and it cost them the game.
