Parker Washington, Jahan Dotson look like formidable WR duo

There is a legitimate chance that Jahan Dotson declares for the NFL Draft, as his stock surged during last month’s loss to the Ohio State Buckeyes, but even if Dotson departs, the Nittany Lions’ receiving corps will be in good hands next season.

Parker Washington, a true freshman making his third career start, played like a legitimate No. 1 receiver against the Michigan defense.

Washington caught nine passes for 93 yards, and while he only averaged 10.3 yards per reception, the Sugar Land, Texas native looked like an improved route runner, flashed reliable hands, and made several big plays in the victory.

If Dotson, who caught three passes for 30 yards, does return in 2021 the Nittany Lions might have one of the top wide receiver duos on the country next season.
