Penn State Football has dominated against Maryland since their first meeting back 1917, and they will look to continue their winning ways on Saturday.

It has not been the start that Penn State Football was looking for in 2020, as they have dropped two straight games for the first time since the 2012 campaign.

The Indiana loss to open the season was a tough pill to swallow, as the Nittany Lions were huge favorites in the game, and following that up against a tough Ohio State team was not what they needed to get right.

As they look towards this weekend, Penn State aims to get back on track against a Maryland program that they have dominated in the past. Maryland is coming off a monster victory against Minnesota this past weekend, as they beat the Golden Gophers in overtime by the score of 45-44.

In that game, sophomore quarterback Taulia Tagovailoa, the brother of Miami Dolphins starting quarterback Tua Tagovailoa, accounted for five touchdowns, in a real statement game for the Terps. Penn State, though posting the same record at Minnesota at 0-2, is not going to be as easy of a matchup for Tagovailoa and his Maryland teammates, as the Nittany Lions go into the game as 24.5 point favorites.

Penn State has dominated this rivalry, and here is a look back at the previous 43 meetings between these two schools.
