Penn State Football are heavy underdogs this weekend against Ohio State, but that has not stopped them from shocking the Buckeyes before.

Last weekend, Penn State Football went into their game against Indiana with expectations of making a run to the College Football Playoff. However, after a shocking loss on the road, only the second time they have lost to the Hoosiers in program history, they will look to get back on track in Game No. 2.

Unfortunately for the Nittany Lions, their next opponent is not going to be one they can just come in and roll over, as it is a team that has a legitimate shot at the CFP. In fact, their next opponent is the hated Ohio State Buckeyes, a team that many believe could be the most complete in all of college football this season.

Due to COVID-19, the Big Ten will only play in-conference games, making every single one not only important, but also tough. Penn State has not fared well against the Buckeyes in recent memory, losing seven of the last eight games, and has won only twice since the 2009 campaign.

Still, this is a heated rivalry, and we have seen some crazy things happen when these two teams get together. With that said, here are the four times the Nittany Lions shocked the Buckeyes.
