Penn State football has several players flying under the radar who could contribute for the Nittany Lions in a big way in 2020

Penn State football has big names and stars littered throughout their 2020 roster, but there are unsung heroes throughout the roster that fans should get to know.

Thanks to the success of head coach James Franklin and staff on the recruiting trail the past several years, some of the highly touted prospects in recent years could see an opportunity to take on key roles for the Nittany Lions in 2020.

Whether it is a linebacker, replacing Micah Parsons, who opted out this season to prepare for the 2021 NFL Draft, or at wide receiver where one of the prizes of this year’s incoming class has a chance to make an immediate impact, it won’t just be the top of the roster stars powering Penn State.
