Penn State football is set to take on the Iowa Hawkeyes this Saturday for the third consecutive conference matchup of the season.

For the second time this season, Penn State football will hit the road. The first road trip didn’t go so bad two weeks ago as the Nittany Lions marched into College Park, Maryland, and destroyed their first Big Ten opponent of the year 59-0. Then, Penn State returned home for their homecoming matchup against Purdue and rang the victory bell with another win.

Now, Penn State begins to head into their tougher stretch of the schedule. While 5-0 is a great accomplishment, the Lions have to prove that they can handle stricter conference opponents, and the games do not get any more comfortable moving forward.

On Saturday night, Penn State will face the 4-1 Iowa Hawkeyes. While they may be beaten, Iowa did give Michigan a tough fight, before they lost to the Wolverines 10-3 last week. Now Iowa will look to try and redeem themselves at home as they host the Nittany Lions under the lights.

Will Penn State be able to overcome the hostile crowd at Kinnick Stadium? Or will the Hawkeyes get the best of the unbeaten Lions and give them their first ‘L’ in the win-loss column? Soon, we will see. Plan on tuning in to watch or listen Penn State versus Iowa? Here’s what you need to know!
