C+. . . . LINEBACKERS

The linebackers deserve some of the credit for only allowing 3.2 yards per carry, but also deserve some of the blame for the 245 passing yards that Buffalo had, much of which was over the middle of the field. Furthermore, none of the linebackers had a sack as well this week.

Redshirt senior Jan Johnson led the team with 12 tackles. Senior Cam Brown and sophomore Micah Parsons each had ten tackles. Parsons had two tackles for a loss as well.

Sophomore Jesse Luketa, redshirt sophomore Ellis Brooks, and freshman Brandon Smith all had two tackles.

I expect the linebackers, as well as the defensive line to be better next week vs. Pitt.
