5. The Final Results

Buffalo, who is historically bad against Big Ten teams, ranked programs, and not used to the primetime spotlight will come into one of the harshest environments in college football to try and put up a fight. Quite the tough task here for the Bulls if we’re being honest.

Will Buffalo lose by nearly 72 points like Idaho did last week? I don’t think so. However, there’s no shot the Bulls come into Happy Valley and come away with a victory. Penn State is better in every way, and they have the ultimate home-field advantage as well.

For betting purposes, the spread is set at PSU -32.0, according to Bovada. This year, PSU is 1-0 against the spread, but I believe Buffalo will barely cover this week. However, with the total set at 56, we project that Penn State’s matchup will hit the over once again. The final score prediction? Penn State takes care of business at home with a 45-14 victory over Buffalo.
