Penn State football is set to take on the Buffalo Bulls for a Week 2 matchup under the lights at Beaver Stadium.

Last week is officially in the books. As Penn State football opened up the 2019 NCAA Football Season with a bang, they are now focused on keeping their record undefeated as the Lions attempt to advance to 2-0. This week, their opponent is the Buffalo Bulls.

The last time the Nittany Lions took on the Bulls was back in the 2015 season. Penn State came away with the victory as they moved to an All-Time record of 2-0 against the Bulls. Historically, Buffalo does not fare well against PSU, Top-25 ranked teams and Big Ten teams as a whole.

Well, that tells you all you need to know for Saturday night. Penn State won’t take Buffalo lightly, as no opponent should be taken easy. However, the circumstances undoubtedly play into nationally ranked No. 15 Penn State football’s favorite. As the the 7:30 pm kickoff time is hours away, we’ll take a stab at making some bold (and not-so-bold) predictions regarding the matchup.
