The band got back together for an interview

Shortly after the first practice wrapped up, McSorley and Sanders greeted one another as local Philadelphia and Baltimore reporters quickly swarmed them. Obviously, being that both of these guys are in their rookie seasons, they were both clearly excited for the opportunity to see one another don their newest colors that don’t match the Nittany Lions’ uniforms at all.

“I think it’s cool, just thinking that we were at Penn State a year ago, now we’re all living our dream, just on different teams. When we get together for times like this, it’s pretty cool,” Sanders stated, according to NBC Sports Washington.

“We’re rooting for these guys. Turning on one of [Miles] games and watch him run, rooting him on. It’s cool to come out and be on the practice field with him again. Haven’t seen him in a while, being able to say ‘what’s up,’ it’s pretty cool,” McSorley stated.

The Ravens and the Eagles battled it out on the practice field for two sessions, before doing a separate walkthrough on Wednesday in preparation for Thursday’s game. Sanders didn’t make too much noise in either of the sessions, but McSorley did — the results just weren’t positive though.

Going against the Eagles was a tough task for McSorley during practice. At one point, Philly taunted him for throwing a ‘hat-trick’ of picks with three total. Granted, it was just practice, so it didn’t count for anything. But McSorley seemingly got it all out of his system because what he brought on gameday was nothing short of spectacular.
