Offensive Line

The offensive line had another solid outing on Saturday. First off, the offensive line was a major factor in the 174 rushing yards, and three rushing touchdowns scored by Penn State. They deserve a ton of credit for the incredible running game that the Nittany Lions have had this season.

In addition, the offensive line allowed three sacks on Trace McSorley, and only one QB hurry. Indiana had three other tackles for loss in addition to the sacks. While three sacks can be improved upon a bit, it’s still not a bad number.

The offensive line will need to be on their game next week as Iowa is tied for the third best running defense allowing only 79.6 rushing yards per game.
