Defensive Line

The defensive line wasn’t awful in this game, but it certainly wasn’t great. Penn State only allowed 119 rushing yards to Ohio State, which was a major improvement compared to previous games. However, getting pressure on Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins was an issue. Penn State only had one sack, and only hurried the quarterback four times throughout the game.

Defensive tackle Robert Windsor had five tackles, including 0.5 sacks and a tackle for loss. Defensive end Shareef Miller also had five tackles, which tied with Windsor for most out of all the defensive linemen.

Defensive end Yetur Gross-Matos and defensive tackle Kevin Givens each had four tackles, including one tackle for loss for Gross-Matos and a tackle and a half for loss for Givens. Defensive end Shaka Toney also had three tackles.
