Orange Bowl

No. 6 Wisconsin vs No. 10 Miami

December 30, 2017 8:00 p.m. ET

Hard Rock Stadium – Miami Gardens, Florida

Wisconsin drew one of the toughest draws of all the Big Ten teams, having to face Miami in its home stadium. The Orange Bowl features a unique clash of styles- the flash of The “U” against the ground and pound, old-school football style of Wisconsin.

The Badgers ran away with the Big Ten West this year, but benefited from somewhat of a lighter schedule. Still, they reeled off wins against the only two ranked opponents they played in the regular season — Iowa and Michigan.

Wisconsin’s only loss of the season came in the Big Ten Championship against Ohio State.

Freshman running back Jonathan Taylor had an impressive 1,800-yard season that included 13 touchdowns.  He will be a key player for the Miami defense to stop.

Miami started the year 11-0 but suffered two straight losses to end the season. The Hurricanes could struggle on offense against the best defense in the nation. For that reason, it will be up to the Miami defense to make big plays. Miami was one of the top teams during the regular season at creating turnovers.

In a battle of mediocre offenses and great defenses, who will come out on top?
