Penn State returns home to face Indiana. Is there any movement in this week’s depth chart?

After an amazing road victory against Iowa, the Nittany Lions return home this week to face the Indiana Hoosiers. Penn State released their depth chart so let’s see if there are any changes this week.

On offense, it will be interesting to see how the right tackle position will be handled. For now Chasz Wright is still listed in the top spot with the OR tag with Andrew Nelson. Wright did not play against Iowa due to injury. Nelson started in his place however he struggled and Will Fries finished the game. We’ll see if James Franklin provides any clarification in his press conference.

With the injury to Torrence Brown seemingly long term, the defensive end positions have been shuffled. Shareef Miller remains the starter at one end spot, although now he is listed with Brown’s number 19. Shane Simmons or Colin Castagna are listed as Miller’s backups. Ryan Buchholz is now listed as the other starting defensive end, with Shaka Toney and true freshman Yetur Gross-Matos listed as the primary backups.

On special teams, Mark Allen is listed as the second punt return man behind DeAndre Thompkins. The rest of the depth chart appears to remain unchanged. Here’s a look at the full chart.
