Darren Perry

Another safety to grace the ranks of the top players is Darren Perry.

Perry ended his career as a Nittany Lion second on the all-time interception list with 15.  He set school records of 299 interception return yards three interceptions returned for touchdowns.  In his senior year in 1991, he had six interceptions, two of which returned for touchdowns.  He earned All-American honors in 1991.

Perry played 9 seasons in the NFL and has been an assistant coach in the league since 2002.
