Offensive Line:

The offensive line again had issues protecting Christian Hackenberg, against an undersized defensive line no less.  Hackenberg was sacked three times and was hit or rushed in the pocket most of the afternoon.

Things could get worse along the line if center Angelo Mangiro is unable to return next week versus Indiana.  He was hurt during the game and didn’t return.  Tackle Andrew Nelson is still sidelined with an injury as well.

The line also didn’t open up many holes for the running backs either.  That makes the return of Saquon Barkley even more important.  The line is what it is through five games.  I would love to see it get better, but I have my doubts against really good defensive fronts in conference play.
