Coaching

This was the most well-coached effort of the season in my opinion. The staff recognized that the run game was thriving and continued to pound the ball. They let Hack throw it enough to give him the opportunity to get into a rhythm, but realized it wasn’t working and continued going to the ground.

The defense was spectacular, yet again, and I loved the decision by Bob Shoop to bring out the 3-3-5 defense for more than a few snaps. That defense produced two INT’s including the pick-6. I had no issues with decision making and actually loved the usage of the wildcat.

Head coach James Franklin and his staff did an excellent job against Temple.
