Penn State vs. Temple Game Grades

After going through a tough four-game losing streak, the Penn State Nittany Lions have strung together two wins and our now eligible to participate in a postseason game. Penn State defeated the Temple Owls 30-13 last week inside of Beaver Stadium. Aside from a few rough spots, this was perhaps one of the most complete performances of the season.

In what’s been a trend this year, the Nittany Lions started extremely slow and lead the Owls just 6-3 at halftime. However, a strong second half, especially by the running backs led Penn State to the big victory. Quarterback Christian Hackenberg still struggled, but luckily, the rest of the team picked him up.
