Defensive Line

The defensive line, and defense in general, was pretty darn impressive in this one. C.J. Olaniyan (9 tackles) Deion Barnes (7 tackles, 1 sack) and Anthony Zettel (1 sack, 1 INT for TD) were huge throughout. Austin Johnson added in four tackles as well. Barnes finally looks like the Barnes that showed mounds of potential during his freshman season. Zettel has been one of the best defensive lineman in the league this year and Olaniyan was all over the place on Saturday. Give these guys a ton of credit for making life tough on J.T. Barrett and opening up lanes for the linebackers to flow. Only knock was lack of pressure and push in overtime, but that was too big of a time to overlook.
