Linebackers

Another strong performance by the linebacking corps in the blowout by the Nittany Lions.

Mike Hull once again led the team in tackles (6) and forced a fumble. Nyeem Wartman added five tackles and Brandon Bell was able to pick up a sack for the Nittany Lions.

Gary Wooten gave the Nittany Lions some good minutes in a reserve role picking up 1.5 tackles for loss. Von Walker also joined the party adding three tackles and one for a loss.

This was a strong performance from the linebacking corps and it was nice to see some of the younger guys get reps. If the injury bug finds the linebacking corps, the young guys need to be ready.
