A performance like the one against UMass allows a team to work on some problem areas and get some of the younger guys some live action. That’s exactly what James Franklin and the coaching staff did. Most of the starters were out of the game in the third quarter, making the job of assigning game grades a bit tougher this week.
While a blowout win means that there were a lot of things done right, Penn State still has some things to work on.
In this week’s installment of a VBR weekly series, we have assigned grades to each Penn State position group. Feel free to chime in with any and all of your agreements and disagreements!
