Michigan at Nebraska (-2.5)
Michigan finally got “little brother” off their back last week with a defensive 12-10 win over Michigan State. Nebraska came from behind in Evanston to keep division title hopes alive. The Wolverines head to Lincoln for a game that will go a long way towards deciding who represents the Legends Division in Indianapolis.
Matt – Michigan
The formula with Michigan is really quite easy. If the opponent’s defense has question marks, the Wolverines are likely to roll. Nebraska’s defense has struggled mightily all year, and in their last matchup with a running QB in Columbus, they surrendered 63 points. Denard Robinson isn’t Braxton Miller, but he’s close enough to give the Husker’s fits and win in Memorial Stadium.
Tim – Michigan
I don’t really love this game but Nebraska’s defense hasn’t looked good all year and Denard Robinson feasts on bad defenses. I wouldn’t be surprised if Nebraska wins but if they do, it will be in a high scoring, close game
Craig – Michigan
This one pains me because I’d like to see Nebraska win. I know the home field will be major, but Nebraska’s D has been horrific. I don’t believe Michigan is great on offense, but just good enough to keep it close.
Corey – Nebraska
I’m all in on the Cornhuskers this weekend. I know the Michigan has the best defense in the Big Ten since the start of conference play, but single-dimensional Wolverines offense is going to find tough sledding in Lincoln. The Huskers will utilize both Abdullah and Burkhead (who I think will play) as well as the arms and legs of Taylor Martinez to frustrate the Wolverines. I like Nebraska in this game big!
