Oklahoma (-3) vs. Texas
Both teams look to stay in the Big 12 title race and avoid a second conference loss in the annual Red River Rivalry game. With Kansas State and West Virginia both undefeated in the league, a second loss here would all but end the title hopes for one school. The Cotton Bowl will be packed for one of college football’s great rivalry games.

I said last week that I like Texas, and that hasn’t changed. Geno Smith took advantage of a weak Longhorn defense in Austin last week, and many expect Landry Jones to do the same. But Jones and the Sooner offense are not West Virginia. Texas still has a potent offense of their own, and that is more than enough to keep them in the game.

Let me get this straight. You’re going to give me Texas. In Texas. Getting points. From Bob Stoops? Yes please. Last week, Vegas thought highly enough of the Longhorns to make them 6.5 point favorites over West Virginia. I think Both of those teams are better than the Sooners.
Craig – Texas
I think Texas is the more complete team and see Texas winning this one outright. Usually OU has the high powered offense, this time, Texas comes in with their own ability to put up a ton of points. Texas’s D gets the nod head-to-head, and therefore, go Texas as a dog.

Its funny how everyone was against Oklahoma last week, they win big, and now everyone is all on the Oklahoma Sooner schooner again. I’m not buying it. The better team will be wearing burnt orange this week. Look for David Ash and the much-maligned Longhorns defense to carry the day. Hook ’em Horns!
