It’s been an excellent recent stretch for the Penn State Nittany Lions. From the success of the football and wrestling programs, to the emergence of the hockey program, things are good in Happy Valley.

The hockey team had an excellent showing in its first NCAA Tournament game by scoring 10 goals against Union. Unfortunately, the Nittany Lions fell in their second round matchup with top-seeded Denver.

Despite the loss in the tournament, the future is very bright in Hockey Valley.

In other news, the football program has some important recruiting visitors coming up in the future. Also, there are several storylines to keep an eye on during spring practice.

Finally, Penn State’s top 2018 football recruit, Micah Parsons, has remained committed to the Nitnay Lions in spite of hints that he’s entertaining other offers. Parsons sent a Tweet over the weekend that clearly favored the Nittany Lions.
