We continue the series of all time best Penn State players and finish up on the defensive side of the ball with the defensive backs.

A good shut down cornerback or safety can neutralize the speed and quickness of any outstanding receiver.  While Penn State historically has been known for its front seven defensive players, there have been a few great defensive backfield players along the way.

These next five players have their own share of great play to go along with earned accolades.  Let’s get to the list.
