Penn State Football Morning Briefing: Seven Captains Named, Pair of Freshmen Could Have Big Seasons, and Other News

In today’s Penn State football news, head coach James Franklin announced on Wednesday that players and coaches elected seven players as team captains for the 2014 season.

Elsewhere, the football program received a huge donation for facility upgrades from an alumnus and the new era at Penn State under Franklin has officially begun.
