Tuesday’s Penn State news is dominated by the start of Big Ten Media Days. All eyes in the conference are on Chicago, as coaches and players from all Big Ten teams are available for comment to the media.

Penn State head coach James Franklin spoke to several media outlets, as did running back Bill Belton. Franklin hit on several topics, ranging from his talented quarterback Christian Hackenberg to the possibility of a reduction in the NCAA sanctions. Elsewhere, Hackenberg has received yet another preseason honor and wide receiver Eugene Lewis is profiled.
