It was announced recently that the talented offensive lineman would make a public announcement regarding his school choice on Tuesday at 6 p.m. on Pittsburgh’s KDKA.
Jenkins becomes the 14th player to join Penn State’s fantastic 2015 recruiting class. H also holds offers from the likes of Alabama, Ohio State, Georgia, Michigan, Tennessee and others. He named a final two of Penn State and Ohio State before ultimately choosing the Nittany Lions.
Jenkins stands at a massive 6-8, 305 lbs. and actually visited Penn State on Monday, right before he made his decision. The Pittsburgh native becomes the third offensive lineman to join James Franklin’s 2015 class, along with Ryan Bates and Steven Gonzalez.
So far, Coach Franklin is living up to his promise to Dominate the State in recruiting. Of the 14 2015 commitments, six are from Pennsylvania and four of the six are rated as 4-star prospects.
