WR Allen Robinson

Rich Barnes-USA TODAY Sports

Wide receiver Allen Robinson continues to build on his fantastic Penn State career. With his eight catches against Purdue, he placed himself third on the Penn State Career Receptions List. He’s currently tied with former Nittany Lion Derrick Williams, with 161 career catches.

Robinson is once again the best receiver in the Big Ten and clearly the favorite target of quarterback Christian Hackenberg. This season, he’s caught 81 passes for 1,204 yards and six touchdowns.

This week’s opponent, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, have been decent against the pass this season.

Robinson could have a tough matchup in what could be his final game at Beaver Stadium. Though there’s been no confirmation, the talented junior could declare for the NFL draft after this season. This could be the last opportunity for the home crowd to see Robinson in  Penn State Jersey, so he’s definitely someone to keep an eye on this week.
