The Penn State Nittany Lions have had some ups and downs through the first six games of the season. The team enters the second half of the season on a high note after a thrilling four-overtime victory at home over Michigan last week.
It was hard to predict how this year would go, as the Nittany Lions had to replace several key starters and team leaders on defense. On offense, there was a lot of experience and talent returning, but the team was starting a true freshman at quarterback.
