The Penn State Nittany Lions finished the non-conference portion of their schedule with a record of 3-1. They now head into a bye week before starting Big Ten play at Indiana next Saturday. The Nittany Lions have had a decent start to the season, except for a hiccup at home in a loss to Central Florida. Penn State is averaging over 460 yards a game on offense and are led by quarterback Christian Hackenberg, who’s already won Big Ten Freshman of the Week twice this season.
With no opponent this week, it doesn’t make sense to do my weekly feature of Nittany Lions to watch in the upcoming game. Instead, let’s take a look at three things that Penn State needs to work on during the break.
