The nation’s top hoops conference meets in the United Center this weekend in what is sure to be a fantastic tournament. Indiana claimed the outright regular season title by roughly 1 inch, when Michigan’s Jordan Morgan’s tip-in at the buzzer rolled off the rim. Had that shot fallen, 4 teams would have shared the title (Indiana, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State). As it is, the Wolverines, Spartans and Buckeyes all fell 1 game shy, with Wisconsin just 2 back. And the Badgers were only that close after a miracle 25 footer fell at the horn against Penn State. Oh, and the Nittany Lions got then #4 Michigan for their first conference win of the season (that was a fun night, eh?)
So what can you expect over the next 4 days in Chicago? I’m glad you asked. Here are a few things to watch for over the weekend!
