Philadelphia wide receiver visited Penn State last weekend with other recruits, all of whom left Happy Valley after re-affirming their commitments to Bill O’Brien and eachother.
Will tweeted:
GREAT time at Penn State! Coach O’Brienmade me remember why I committed in the 1st place. I’m 100% committed to the greatest college.

Then tweeted:
A Bowl game? I got 108,000 behind me. Not worried about a bowl game.

However, Will recently received an offer from Notre Dame. He found that offer enticing enough to take a visit to South Bend over the weekend. That offer apparently went well, as Ryan Snyder of BWI has confirmed that Will Fuller committed to Brian Kelly and the Fighting Irish.

Will camped at Penn State in June with the intentions of earning an offer from the staff, and he succeeded. Within days of receiving the verbal offer from Penn State, he committed and immediately began doing some recruiting of his own.
The loss of Fuller leaves Penn State without a wide receiver committed to the class of 2013. Will is the second recruit to decommit from Penn State since the NCAA levied sanctions two weeks ago.
